This way worked for me just fine, but you may have your own way of teaching managing your teaching environment. The templates section allowed me to print out any documentation and music scores, which I used as hand-outs. I could focus purely on teaching using a very brief plan that I prepared the night before. In time, the solution incorporated lesson templates, which made the lessons a lot more dynamic and higher in quality. I needed a way to allow me to still prepare the lessons, but make this process a lot quicker. This method was taxing and took a lot of time - too much time. It is like a blessing and it truly rewards the inner soul. I enjoyed feeling like I accomplished something, by giving someone knowledge and skills. I look back on those days and although I pushed myself to the brink, the rewards of teaching outweighed the tiredness and stress.
I remember coming home from a solid day teaching guitar, drums and bass guitar (without much of a break), and be mentally and sometimes physically exhausted. Constantly be enthusiastic, encouraging and courteous. You need to be constantly on your 'A' game. I believe teaching is one of the most challenging jobs in the world.
